HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
For managing your orders please check your customer account on our website or just drop us an e-mail at email@example.com.
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
We can do! Please visit our section "Refund policy" for detailed information. In short, we do accept returns and do refunds within 30 days, before sending back the parcel you need to get a return authorization from us via email - firstname.lastname@example.org - and you have to take care of the shipping costs back to us.
DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
Nope, we do not.
DO YOU HAVE AN EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS PERIOD?
Of course! As long as the goods are unused and in the same condition you recieved them, we accept products in the first half of january, also outside of the 30 days period.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
Yes, as long as the goods are unused and in the same condition you recieved them, and you are within the 30 days. Please get a return authorization from us via email email@example.com.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT IN TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
Bummer! If you are not at home, the courier usually leaves a note about the delivery attempt with instructions what happens next. Deliveries are usually during working days, so you might think about giving your work address to be there to accept the deliveries.
DO YOU INCLUDE INVOICES OR PRICES IN THE ORDER?
Nope! We only include a delivery note without prices, only quantities.
CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?
Certainly! Please add it in your comments or send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will do our best.
DO YOU DELIVER TO BFPO ADDRESSES?
Nope, we do not.
IS EASTERN LOVE AFFAIR SECURE?
Yes! We are working with Shopify to host our webshop and we are using Stripe and Paypal for payments, all three services are used since many years by many people with the highest safety standards.
